- The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition (2016)7.2/10. The combat is a bit clunky and awkward but the world-building is incredibly good for its time. It's like if an open-world Assassin's Creed game was more than copy-pasted cities and there weren't as many glitches. I didn't grow up playing this game but I understand why so many of my friends look back on it with fond nostalgia.
- Satisfactory (2024)7.0/10. This is a great game for mechanical engineers with autism and I mean that in the best way. It's fun to do the math and maximize your outputs and it's also satisfying to perfectly place your factory components in an aesthetically organized area.
- Blasphemous (2019)7.7/10. Yet another souls-like metroidvania that has great-feeling mechanics. The art direction is beautiful in a really gritty and grotesque way. It feels like Fromsoft made this game. The only dislike I have in this game is the instant-kill spike areas.
